In these challenging times, many of us are struggling with what’s next for our country and the Black Lives Matter Movement. Wilmington Community Clinic stands in solidarity for black lives, as well as the lives of all members of our community. The continued systemic injustice and discrimination towards our fellow humans is devastating. Now is the time to call out areas of injustice, including the health disparities people of color face. These health disparities have been magnified by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue our work to reduce these disparities. WCC remains open to all and we are committed to continue the fight towards true equality, respect and justice that are central to the character of our organization. Counseling and other services are available for anyone who might be in need. United we are stronger!
