The worst clinic ever. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Dr. Garcia is never in office. A disappointment in healthcare facility.

PLEASE READ! My son and myself are patience at WCC. Our PCP is Dr Garcia and we also see Crystal. Both of them and the office staff are AWESOME! BUT......today I had to talk to Dr Williams who is apparently new. He was HORRIBLE! Today's phone visit was to go over the results of an ultrasound of my thyroid. This is the 3rd ultrasound I've had in the last year. Dr Williams said, it's too small to biopsy so do another ultrasound in 6 months. I asked if he could tell me if it had grown since my last ultrasound. He laughed and said, how would I know that? I explained that he could compare it to the previous ultrasound. His reply was, are you listening to me? It's small. Check it again in 6 months. He also had asked me if i'm a "drinker" because I have a fatty liver which is due to me being diabetic. The demineer through the whole conversation was rude and condescending. THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

The reason my parents go to this clinic is because we love Doctor Judith Kraft. She is the best. She takes time to review your medical history , Listen and really care about her patients. She is the most professional and caring Doctor I ever had

Once you walk in staff will taker of you just like you are a superstar very kind extremely friendly they won't rush you their hospitality is amazing after they did all the necessary paperwork and doing vitals checkup and kindly asked me what brought you here and they keep putting all information in the computer gathering all the information for doctor once the were done with in couple of minutes doctor wayman Merrill Walked in with a beautiful smile with in minutes doctor Merrill so friendly made me so comfortable doctor Merrill made me feel awesome and comfortable I felt like I know him for many years not as a doctor and patient like a friend a good friend I will never forget doctor wayman Merrill he gave my life back until the day that IAM alive I owe my health and wellness after many visits that I had to my good doctor wayman Merrill I was blessed to meet Mr wayman Merrill he is amazing unbelievable best doctor ever I meet in my 59 years ... doctor God bless you wish you and your family best health and thanks again for your staff Maria .. doctor I kiss your hand and a big hug wishing you the best of the best ...

Best doctors and nurses around! Everyone at this clinic is always so professional and they get things done right away. They help navigate insurance issues and make sure you are taken care of. They go above and beyond. They are more than just a clinic. They are an integral part of health and wellness in the community. I’ve been to doctors all over Palos verdes and Beverly hills and I swear that Wilmington community clinic has better doctors and staff.

Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. They helped me book an appointment for my son as well as assist me with paperwork since I had no insurance. The dentist was kind and understanding. The dentist aid made sure my son was calm and safe. She explained everything that was going to be done in a very professional manner. Thank you!

I actually did an appointment online which they called me back to explain to me that it was just a refurall(I think that what they said). But the nurse was kind enough to get me an appointment. She also gived me options if I need to go see the doctor fast. Good experience!
