Wilmington Community Clinic provides the following services to families in our community:
- Primary health care (diagnosis, treatment, follow-up care, general and chronic care,
including high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, asthma, hypertension
and allergy management)
- Prenatal care (medical care, health education, mental health and support services)
- Pediatric care (developmental screenings, immunizations, parenting classes, school/sport
physicals)
- Women's health (obstetrics and gynecological visits, including breast and cervical
cancer screenings, contraceptive services)
- Health insurance assistance (Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids and other
available programs for patients who are eligible)
- Education on health, disease prevention and nutrition.
- Specialty care
- Coordination as available in the areas of cardiology, dermatology, ear
- STD Screening for men and women
