Patients can qualify to be seen at Wilmington Community Clinic in a variety of ways.
To have your visit at Wilmington Community Clinic covered by insurance, patients must be assigned by their health plan.
If you have Medi-Cal coverage through HealthNet, Molina, LA Care, or Care 1st, please call us and we will provide you with our site code. This site code will be used by the health plan for assignment.
If you have private insurance coverage through HealthNet or LA Care, you can work directly with a representative at your chosen health plan for assignment to Wilmington Community Clinic.
